Why Heavenly Father Said to Be Childlike.

Mel had to cook dinner for a school assignment. He was very excited about it. After we sat down to eat Mel asked"What do you guys say"(I'm glad we have taught him manners). We all told him thank you. After I was done eating Allie and Mel stayed at the table talking. The next thing I hear is Allie say "Mel you are a good cook, that's why I Love you." Mel than said "like a brother". Then Allie said "Mel your a child of God". Later in there conversation Allie told Mel that she would be very sad if he every died because than she wouldn't have anyone to play with. That conversation right there makes being a mom the GREATEST BLESSING on earth. Not saying they always talk so sweet.(About 10 minutes later Allie came crying to me saying, Avery was trying to bite her). That's when I remembered we are spiritually beings here on earth to have a earthly experience. Hope this all make sense.

Avery's First Haircut

Avery got her first haircut yesterday. She did a great job sitting still. There was only one problem. She decided about 30 minutes before her haircut that she could cut her own hair. She chopped the right side of her bangs. So we tried to get them evened out and now all of her bangs are really short. It seems like every little girls cuts her own hair at least once. Allie did it once but she was 4 years old. All you can do is laugh about it.

Well I guess to day is a good day to start posting on my Blog. Today has been busy day as a mother. We discovered that Avery is scared to death of Spider's. She found a tiny one in her bed and she acted like she broke her leg. She made her daddy get it. The girls have loved the warm weather. We final got concrete and Mel is in heaven because he can finally use the basketball hoop. Mike receive the Crystal Apple award at school.(That means he was voted teacher of the year at his school by the other faculty) I am very proud of him. I hope he doesn't get mad at me for talking about. He is to humble to tell anyone.
